Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy

Within 7 days of receiving the item, a customer may return the item provided that the item is defective or damaged. Change of mind is not covered by Pure Alternative's returns, refunds, and exchanges policy.

For personal hygiene reasons, consumable items that have been opened or partially used by the customer can no longer be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Should the customer opt for a refund due to defective or damaged item, only the actual price of the item can be refunded. Shipping fees can no longer be refunded.

Please raise your concerns to support@purealternative.net. Include a photo of the invoice/waybill that came with the item as well as photo/s of the item received.
